MARMA<\/h3>\n

According to the Ayurvedic classical text, Marma points are also the junction of the body and the mind, which is why we feel pain when they are touched.<\/h5>\n
They are important points that can stimulate subconscious bodily processes and mental sensory or emotional reactions.<\/h5>\n
Treating them can release emotions and remove mental blockages.<\/h5>\n
During a Marma therapy, a practitioner will work with certain Marma points, according to the individual\u2019s condition (107 points) and with essential oils. This treatment is good for mental and emotional balance, nervous system pain in the body, cancer and more.<\/strong><\/h5>\n
